I interviewed in April 2020 for 2 rounds interview via video. My initial job application was made 4 months ago and I did not hear any update. One of the interview coordinator reached out to me on Whatsapp first to schedule the interview , later I receive invites and we had our second round where in the leading interviewer joined 20 mins late and it went on with basic questions.
I was told to receive an update or if there is final round but haven't heard at all despite of numerous followups with coordinator.

- mainly asked the same questions among all the interviewers, need to be prepared with answering the same questions for all the interviewers. should also have some sort of familiarity with the different hiring channel

How do you ensure that you manage different stakeholders
30 minute phone screen with the recruiter, pretty straight forward questions. Nice flow to our conversation. I would be sure to be prepared to walkthrough your experience and explain how you use data to help recruit.
I didn't make it pass the recruiter screen and when I got rejected it came from a no reply email vs the recruiter themselves. Would have been a nice touch if they sent a more personal email coming from them

In this position, the interview process typically consists of one screening call followed by two interviews.
However, in my case, I had two additional stages to assess my cultural fit and career aspirations.
The interview panels were very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating.
