      Applied online. scheduled an interview the following week. The process was quick and efficient. The interview began with limited clarification or context (there was a small issue), which made the start feel slightly awkward. I don’t expect interviews to be overly warm, but I did find the interaction somewhat disengaged and unfocused. The tone of the interview felt more focused on having me justify my background, rather than creating a two-way conversation so it felt difficult to establish a conversation. Be prepared just in case.
