The recruitment process was handled exemplarily. It started with a 50-minute HR interview with Agnieszka. Initially, I wondered why it was scheduled for so long, but all my doubts vanished during the call. She provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s operations, the team structure, and internal processes. She was so thorough that I barely had any questions left at the end. It was, hands down, the best HR interview I’ve ever had.
Next, I received a take home assignment. It was well designed and simple in principle, but with a few 'traps' and edge cases to test practical thinking. During the technical interview, we discussed my solution in a relaxed, even humorous atmosphere. The questions were very practical, focusing on React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, without any 'out of space' theory or things you’d never actually use at work. The guys made sure I felt zero stress, answered all my questions, and gave me a great feel for the day to day work.
The process concluded with a culture fit interview with a very cheerful manager. Everyone I met was incredibly helpful, and I truly felt that these were the people I wanted to work with. I was participating in several recruitment processes and received three different offers, but because of the high quality of the process and the atmosphere, I decided to accept the offer from Tidio.
