the interview was done via teams, it lasted a little over 30 mins, i was asked about my background, both personal and professional, with the director of it and 2nd in command. laid back atmosphere. was scheduled through indeed messaging. i was told the company was very family centric at the start of the interview, but when i asked if there was any chance of working remotely (i lived down the street from the main location) in the event that i did not have a caregiver for my mom, i was told that it would be on a very limited emergency basis. even thought the majority of employees worked remotely. i definitely felt the company was not very family centric. i never received a denial letter or a second interview. i reached out to the hr dept in order to see if i could get some constructive criticism on my interview but never received any reply back. i did appreciate the opportunity though.
