Interview started in June and then dragged on for 2 months. Round 1: Initial phone screening Round 2: Met with CS Lead to discuss technical experience Round 3: Coding assignment Round 4: Discussion on coding assessment with 3 team members Round 5: Met with Head of CS to discuss technical experience Round 6: Met with CEO and CTO All the interviews seemed to go really well(good feedback from the recruiter), no obvious glaring red flags. I was told I would present my assignment a second time and discuss my background on the last round. In that interview I was just asked a random assortment of questions ranging from what I do on the daily at my current job to "here's a link to a certain part of our documentation you have one minute to read it over and tell me what it does". Answered the very little questions they had for my assignment and that was it. I was then rejected because I did not have enough technical experience??? Just not sure how after making it through 5 rounds I was rejected for lack of technical experience
