HR negged me, then ghosted me. A day after I applied, Three Seas' HR reached out to me via email saying that my experience is more in line for an Associate Producer than the Video Producer role I applied for but they "are open to filling this job with the most qualified candidate whether that is at the Associate or Producer level". The job description asked for 2-5 years experience and I have 8 years under my belt. This seemed like an attempt to lowball me so that I would only expect to start at an associate-level salary, despite my mid-level experience. I responded with a correction about my level of expertise and answered his other questions. Never heard back.
