On the day of the face-to-face interviews, I first did a basic skills/intelligence test with both verbal and math items. The test is timed to 12 minutes. (I believe the consultants need to take a much longer version.) Speed and accuracy are both important, but I do not believe one must complete all the items - I did not and was told I passed. I had three sets of interviews with two people each: 1) peers (employees on the same level as the position in related areas of the company) 2) internal customers (the ThoughtWorks consultants) 3) senior leaders Not everyone seemed equipped with interviewing skills, and many hypothetical questions were asked. This was challenging at times as I was not provided with a rich context of the role I would be in (aside from the job description), and thus, had difficulties in articulating "what I would do" in a way that sufficiently aligned with the role. There was also some red flags in terms of poor coordination and mix-ups about timing on their end. Was not selected for the position.

The process was thorough with several stages including both standard interviews and some online testing. The interviewers were professional and warm and I had a positive experience during the process.
