Interview
Initially a recruiter from London contacted me via LinkedIn. I was asked to manage the interview date and time directly in recruiter's calendar. That looked really agile :). However the calendar did not show the different time zones and this was a little bit tricky. Anyway, I have got a first call with a couple of basic questions like why would I work for ThoughtWorks, desired salary, etc.
