Was approached by internal sourcer overseas, then spoke to HR locally, who set up meetings with a local team. HR was very difficult to get hold off and communication was slow.
First 1on1 was both demanding and enticing, leaving me pumped and excited. The second round was a peer interview, which included a lot of unrelated questions in a chatty manner, but the context and purpose of these were vague.
The feedback from the peer interview was negative. It took HR almost 2 weeks to tell me this and the reason was vague.
Next steps would have been more interviews and a workshop or presentation of a topic of choice.
Make sure you have read and understood the company three pillars and be prepared to give examples how they apply in your work. Ask questions from HR about who you will be meeting and what their expectations are.
