I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Chennai) in Jun 2017
Interview
Assessing an Individual with two rounds in 20 minutes is the worst type of processing candidates. The case study of 16 story building with Commercial/Residential/Retail stores and was asked defining the number of elevators. After announcing the answer of 4 and then trying to add inputs to my findings and trying to understand more about the insight into what further needs to be understand, but Interviewer refused to proceed. Analyzing a candidate is a talent and needs time to assess. If a company has no time for understanding what a candidate is delivering in his words why even try to conduct interviews. Its unacceptable that a person can blindly assume within 20 minutes that a candidate is not up to their expectation when they clearly have no knowledge to make a judgement at all.
