I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Thoughtworks
Interview
Phone interview, technical interview, panel with mgmt, conversation about their values, and some 1:1 conversation with peers. Though questions from the interviewers, but they all helped me think about my careers goals. There was also a lot of room for my doubts. They were always very transparent about the role.

Question 1
My views on social economic justice;
What would be a solution for having more women in tech
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks
Interview
It was a multi-faceted approach with telephone, video call and face to face interviews and a social justice session, the whole process took about two weeks for me but had about seven different sessions which felt like a lot.
I enjoyed the social justice session and liked that I got to meet many different people and get a real feel for the company.
The number of sessions felt like overkill but now I work here I think it contributes to the caliber of people here- we have no horrible colleagues and a special culture of intelligent, interesting people who are tolerant and progressive in their social beliefs
