Interview
Recruiter talked about my background and described the role. Found out that they we're already late in the stage with other candidates, but did not bother telling me that before our call so that I could save my time. Also, the role was a backfill position and the expectations we're high. Note to others, make sure to ask where they are in their interview process before scheduling your call with the recruiter as they will not provide that information and waste your time. Received the standard email that they will not be moving forward with my candidacy which was expected.
