I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (London, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
Simple, straight-forward, professional. I was contacted by a recruiter from an agency. I liked how personalised her approach was when she really listened to what I was looking for, that I was a single mom and the needs of me. The actual interview began with a phone screen where I chatted to my now-boss who was keen to get to know who I am and hear how I sound over the phone, which is an integral part of my current role. He later told me he loved hearing my enthusiasm and smile that I must have through the phone line which was/is important to him.
Then after this I was invited for an interview with him and his colleague. I did a presentation on my then sales experience and approach.
once this was done he asked me for feedback on my performance and then asked his colleague and he also gave his own feedback.
Then he asked me if I had any other questions.
Then he left the room and let his colleague, a female, tell me her experience with him and the company letting me know that she also has kids.
I liked what I heard.
Within that day they made me an offer of more than I had asked for but as I was interviewing at the competitor at the time and had told him this they were straight-forward in showing they wanted me to work for them. I liked this and accepted. And here I am:) @Best company I have worked for ever. Best treatment of employees. Outstanding.,
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Bengaluru)

Interview process is rigorous, cross questioning everything you mention but they never give you a feedback and the wait is long to get any response from the recruitment team. Just ensure you know what you did previously with clear stated responsibilities; it doesn't help to be 'Jack'.
Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback. We're glad that you have decided to join us - Welcome to Thomson Reuters! Keep an eye out for an email with information about onboarding. If you have any questions, please reach out to your recruiter and/or hiring manager.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (London, England) in Feb 2014
Interview
tough but fair. key is to understand the company as much as possible, speak to others, reach out to people working within reuters already, research the market and then preparation will be far easier
