Met with several analyst, associates, and senior members to determine whether one is a cultural and professional fit. The process included analytical questions that tested problem solving skills. It also required on the fly analysis and having prior leadership qualities helped relate to other high achieving individuals.

Interview
There are two phone interviews and a final round super-day. The phone interviews are more or less, by the book. The "fit" questions followed by a few technicals, but mostly fit. The super-day is a rotating interview between 4-5 interviewers. It is a combination of "good cop, bad cop" technicals and fit questions. However, the intensity is based on academic background and internship experience. Overall, pleasant experience.
