Stage at Regiis Ova Caviar Lounge, everyone was extremely professional and patient. Head chef was supportive and straight to the point. It was a 3 man kitchen + me the stage, they had me learn most of one station and were able to let me handle 60% of it. Interview afterwards was quick but really meaningful, I learned a lot from chef in 8 hours.
