Confusing and challenging. I ran out of time during the video interview and the hospital hired way less people than they had planned to, so I had less of an opportunity to get a job.

Was a new grad nurse, first starts with a phone call over the phone with HR and then zoom with the manager. Process took about a month to hear back with decision.
