The process with prime was brilliant, very informative and helpful every step of the way. They have an integrated training within the process which was second to none. Great experience and definitely had a positive impact.

It seemed to be going well… When applying for this role be weary of this company. Genuinely, I think their main purpose is to retrieve candidate data for God knows what reason. It seemed to be going well, starting with an initial phone call to see if you’re a fit. If they like you then you’re invited to a “sales training day” with 20 other candidates. It’ll take up 4 hours of your time, they’ll try to make you feel special saying that this is something you can add to your CV (which in my opinion is pointless please don’t). Involved a 2 min pitch of yourself at the end after the “training” and activities. The call featured employers from other companies scouting for new employees. After the call you get confirmation if you’ve passed/if any employers are interested in interviewing you. I was successful, they ended up moving me and 8 other candidates to the next stage to prepare us for our interview with the client company. I was completely ignored after this interview training call. No news on when my interview is, no follow up. Nothing. Complete waste of my time. To top things off, my friend had applied through Prime too, speaking with the same representatives as I did, and she had the same experience. They love to encourage you, only to completely leave you out during a process that seemed to be successful. Very very strange
