Third Way interview questions

The hiring manager reached out to me with a set of times to interview and I interviewed the following week. The first round was about 30 minutes and was over the phone.

They reached out 2 days after I sent in my app. The interviewer mainly asked questions pertaining to my resume and previous development work. Then, I was told to send writing samples. The next week I was informed that they picked a better candidate.
