I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Third Bridge
Interview
Got a phone screen interview for the research analyst position. The position seemed interesting, a little like a sales job but more involvement which makes it intriguing. The phone screen however was so scripted. You could tell the interviewer just had a list of questions they needed to get thru and they didnt even really take the time to make the process conversational. At points the interviewer had asked me multiple times to repeat my answer, and there were long pauses all throughout the conversation. I also had questions as we were talking, and they informed me questions would only be taken at the end....
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY)
Interview
Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
