Brief telephone interview, just to go over your motivation and the CV. In-person interview at their offices afterwards, going into more detail. Make sure you have a solid understanding of what the company does.
Then you do a practice telephone interview. The person on the other end might be deliberately uncooperative to test you, so be prepared for that!

the second one ask you to perform:
1.ask you do translation. don't think they evaluate that.
2.ask you to call up a retailer ( the interviewer). asking standard questions. evaluate your performance later.
