The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thinktown Education
Interview
They ask for a resume, cover letter, and writing sample.
After reviewing, they then ask for you to complete an editing assessment (using an example student’s essay they provide). They give a fair amount of time to complete this and some direction on what areas to focus your feedback.
Finally, there is an interview conducted over skype.
There is some delay (~a week) between hearing back from them at each stage.

Interview
First round was an editing assessment where they asked me to provide comments async to a student’s personal statement. Next was a thirty minute behavioral interview with an HR rep that was pretty standard (background, interests, etc.)
