They first asked general questions about yourself such as your experience, your strengths and weaknesses and then move onto more specific questions about experience with children and different scenarios that would possibly happen.

I did not have prior work experience so they asked me questions regarding schooling and how that applied to me as an individual in the work field. They then asked me to conduct a pretend lesson and finished off with a background check.

Interview
Fairly simple, a lot of kid related questions. Like how would I react if a kid did a certain thing or what different strategies would I use to teach if not all kids were understanding my lesson . There was also an English and Math test
Fairly easy. The process was quick and delightful. I was basically hired on the spot and started working right away. Interview was really easygoing. I recommend the hiring process. Really easy
