Think Anew interview questions

There was none. Agency called and asked when I would like to start. Never had a phone or in-person interview with the company, literally showed up and started with no initial contacts.

Phone interview that lasted approx. 10 minutes...they are so hard-up for Systems Engineers that they'll hire you if you can spell "Down-Time", which is prevalent in their deployments. The interview may be the best part of this circus :)
