ThermoFisher Scientific interview questions

Recruiting company reached out to my initially, requesting to speak over the phone about a position. The position was being filled on resume only, given contingent circumstances were fulfilled. Chatted for a bit with the recruiter, at most about 15 minutes. He asked about the information on my resume, and my preferences. Very informal, no discomfort or pressure whatsoever! This was also with a third party company called Hayes they staff through.
