I received a phone call after a few days, it was a generic screening interview with basic questions. They then invited me for an interview online on Teams which was approx 30 minutes. Very common questions about background, motivation, expected salary, etc.

First I had a phone screen with an H/R person and then another phone interview with the head of the department. I came in for an in person interview and met with the entire team. I received a phone call from the h/r recruiter about a week or so later telling me that the team really liked me and wanted to know if I was interested in the position. I never heard back and followed up with an email about 2 weeks later, was told no decision had been made and then never heard another word. Human resources people apparently don't like giving bad news so they just ignore you.
