Phone call after phone call. It’s sometimes hard to keep track of who you are talking and why. People who talk on the phone obviously couldn’t care less and ask the same surface questions, like “why do want this job”, etc. At the end they flew me to have a face to face interview, which wasn’t an interview at all. I felt like I wasn’t given the opportunity to showcase my skills and value. They promised to reimburse my travel cost, but never did.
