Interview
You're emailed to schedule the Phone Interview, then about a week later the Inperson Interview with the Managers (domestic and International) depending on which position you applied. In my case they needed for both depts. Its very conversational yet standard "How would you handle" or "How did you handle" situational type questions. If you know the industry then its easy. Then about 3-4 days later they call you for the 3rd interview with the branch director.

Have you ever had to do tasks outside your job description
Interview process is seems long. you will likely have up to 3 interviews. One phone call with the central HR department, then two face to face with the local business unit. If they like you then you get to do a short competency test where you write a formal email requesting someone to provide a credit note for services. It also asks you about capitol cities around the world. Once you are offered the job then they do a full background check on your credentials, and references. Pretty standard overall.
