I applied through their company website and got an email to set up phone interview from their hiring manager within a week. The never responded when I gave them a few time slots. After I emailed them for confirmation, the hiring manager responded with an apology and time slot. Questions were pretty standard, but they needed someone with a specific tool that was not mentioned in the job description. They wanted to know my expected salary and never provided me with a range. I heard back from a different manager after a few weeks thanking me for talking to her(I actually spoke to a different person).
