Typical phone screen, questions about background and gave overview on company. They did not seem super interested in talking with me, unsurprisingly. Ghosted me after saying that they will reach back out soon.

The recruiter scheduled an interview with me and didn't have the courtesy to attend the interview. No call, email, or notification was sent to me letting me know that the recruiter would not be in attendance. I waited 10 minutes in the "MS Teams waiting room" and dropped the call after the recruiter didn't show up.
