The interview process was one of the most condescending, rude, and unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First red flag? She started the interview by asking completely irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the job. It only went downhill from there. She actually had the nerve to tell me my experience “wasn’t good enough” — despite the fact that I’m actively studying to become a scientist. The irony is laughable. I seriously wonder how many other qualified candidates she’s turned away just because she’s on some bizarre power trip. If this is how they treat potential employees, imagine how toxic the actual work environment must be. Run.
