I was originally hired to work in childcare services. The interview process focused on my experience working with youth, and any preferences I had concerning age group. The interview also evaluated my ability to work with inner-city youth within the Knox County Schools.

Question 1
What kind of experience you have working with children?
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
