30-40 min call with a person from the team. They were very welcoming. Felt more like a friendly chat rather than a formal interview. Later explained what the responsibilities of the role were and asked if those aligned with my needs.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Working Assembly
Interview
I first introduced myself, and then I started to talk them through my portfolio; at the end of the interview, I asked some questions about how the company works, and they answered the questions. I also asked if they had any questions about me, and they told me that they didn't have one.
It was casual and friendly. They wanted to get to know me versus being drilling of questions. I got to meet my future supervisor and they were open to answering all of my questions.
