Ghosted me after interview. Don't want to name the interviewer's title, but my first interview was with a very high level executive at the company. Interview was pretty casual feeling and took place at one of the coffee shops. I had to drive about 45 minutes to the shop. They mainly just asked about my leadership style, what aspects I liked or didn't like about my previous roles, and experience with things like hiring. I got the feeling that the interviewer really didn't like my previous employer, kept mentioning them, and how the way Woods operates is the complete opposite and really cares about it's people. I felt like the interview had a good vibe otherwise. We ended up talking more than twice as long as the time slot the interview was scheduled for. Towards the end they asked if I would be okay with travelling to do some training for the role, and that there will likely be 2nd round interviews with another executive. Based on everything they said, I was expecting to hear SOMETHING in a week or two, but they just totally ghosted me. Never heard anything from them again once I walked out the door. At least my former employer, who apparently doesn't care about it's employees, has the decency to let people know they didn't get picked for a job.
