in the beginning, they're mainly understand my background. so I do a 1 minute self introduction. afterwards,most of time they're introduced the company to me,and introducing this job. they told me about the salary range.

I was initially hired temporarily as additional help with image processing of a project that was close to releasing but then later got promoted to a regular stereoscopic artist. It was a friend of mine that introduced to me to the gig. I called the recruiter, mentioning my friend, brought my resume, and got asked to do a simple test of creating depth field with an in-house software, which I passed. That was it for the temp position but as for the stereoscopic position, I was formally interviewed by the person overseeing the marketing of the current production. I was asked about my artist background, my interests and future goals. The interviewer was very friendly and it felt more like a conversation than it was interview. Overall good experience.
