Interview
Very simple for the health enthusiast job. Met with the assistant manager for the interview, the interview was a little unorganized but very general. Asked most basic questions for a part time job as well as if I would be willing to move to a full time position as any point. For the job I felt some of this was a little much as it was just for a part job.
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.

Application was online and simple. We set up an interview with the SM and then set up a second interview with the DM. Sometimes they will combine these into one interview.
