I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Vitamin Shoppe (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
The first part of the process was an in-person interview with the store manager. It was fairly low key; SM asked pretty standard questions about experience with customer service, managing employees, and meeting sales goals. The second part of the process was a VERY SHORT phone interview with the district manager, which was followed by a job offer.
