Interview
First over the phone conversation and then asked for and in-person interview. Was asked about supplement knowledge and background in experience. Asked about how I am when I work with others and how I communicate with customers.
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
