Started with basics, then went to more specific experiences. The interviewer was very nice and patient when I had to think through my answers. We spent over 1 hour going over everything.

Name an instance where you were challenged at work. How did you overcome?
Casual, but direct. Questions more geared towards fit within the company and goals of the individual. Very easy to talk with the hiring manager and all questions were answered. Hiring process was simple and easy to follow.
