I had a phone interview and in person interview with hiring manager where we discussed my background at length. Second interview with larger team. Overall very standard, the team was welcoming and asked good questions.

I walked into the establishment asking if they were hiring, dropped off my resume and later that night got an email asking for an interview. Within the next couple days I had my interview, got my Serving It Right License for serving alcohol and submitted my references. After my reference check, they emailed me saying I got the job.

I was personally recommended for the position at Truffles so I was not called for a personal interview. Instead I was reached out to via email and had a chance to provide my CV, availability, and description of my skill set to a hiring manager.
