Interview
I had a phone screening asking about my interest in the position and experience in the mental health/crisis field. I was given a packet of info about mental health & gender identities to read. There was a virtual interview with with a hiring manager.
Very hard but not as bad as you would think. Basic questions I would advise doing your research prior to applying. I had 3 interviews total. I would recommend any one to apply
