The process was pretty simple - met with management team to discuss process that I would support. Also had a chance to meet several members of the team. The first step was meeting with the manager for the position - followed by rest of leadership. Small company - so I was going to set up and manage the processes related to the position I was interviewing for - so not as much structure as a normal interview. That should change as company grows.
