informal chat where I was asked my current salary
they liked me and asked if I would give a L7 Micro teach - again this went well and I was offered a job
then I was told it was £5,000 less than I was currently on !!

these were in line with apprenticeships and delivering at level 7 - how this differed to delivering at L5
