I interviewed at The Summit Elevated Entertainment
Interview
Group interviews. The process is a two step process where groups of 20-30 are in a room with multiple stages. If you don't make it they send you home. The job you apply for might not be the one you get hired for.

Interview
Applied online and received phone call to discuss scheduling interview. When went in for interview, had to wait because the person scheduled to meet with me was in a meeting.

Interview
Applied online late one evening, got a email the next morning asking to set up a phone interview. The time comes to do the interview and the whole time the woman is saying how 'qualified' I am and how my experiences and such match up to the job description, basically hyping me up. The next step is to meet with the GM in person, she said she will let applicants know who passes. Well, shockingly, I didn't make the cut. All I got was a lousy email that said what all rejection letters said and this " you would be a good fit for other future openings" I emailed back asking what that meant and if she had any feedback and haven't heard anything. Feel like i wasted a lot of my time.
Interview overall was easy.
