They approached me on LinkedIn and invited me to an interview. During the screening interview, the interviewer explained the role and asked general questions about my background, salary expectations, and motivation for the position. After that, they asked about my availability for the next round, which I provided. However, a few days later, I received a rejection email.

I had a first interview with Recruiter. I must say it was pretty unfriendly and stressful. Recruiter was very opiniative and was talking for long time when he disagreed with me. He also misunderstood some of my words and made conclusions without asking clarifying questions. Besides that the interview wasnt difficult, I was told the next step would be the interview with manager, but surprisingly I got an online assesment test to do as a next step. Recruiter didnt mention anything about that before. Test had nothing to do with product management skills, it was more about maths. And the score didnt appear right after, so I had to wait for the results a week or so.
