The Smith Family (Australia) interview questions

First interview with a recruitment agency. Very throough and professional. Then interviewed with the Hiring Manager and an industry expert from a separate company who was lending his time to the process. Great interview. Very frank and open exchange. I then heard back that I was on a shortlist of two candidates, very different in profile, both with our strengths but in different areas. I never heard from then again, even after asking for an update after a couple of weeks. I later learned from the agency that they decided not to proceed with the role.
