I got the interview about 2-weeks after I applied. The first interview was over the phone, after the phone interview i was given a date for the 2nd interview; I liked it because there was no waiting for a call. My friend didn't make it that far, he said she told him thanks and good luck before disconnecting. The interview was done by 3-people. I think one was a GM visiting from out of town or something and sitting in on my interview.
