I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Salvation Army (Toronto, ON) in May 2020
Interview
I was first contacted by email, the email address was spelt incorrectly, but thankfully the person who received it forwarded it to me. Once I responded, we set an in person interview. The interview happened in manager office, I was asked several questions about my experience, and I was asked for my references.

Question 1
What duties did you conduct in your previous receptionist job?
Easy. Manager was quite supportive during interviews. Guided me through the answers that I ddnt know. Helped me calm interview anxiety. She explained the keywords so that I could get some idea and confidently talk abt it.

Question 1
Harm reduction, substance abuse, availability on weekends
the interview process was simple. they call me up and set the interview. but the question are extremely hard and very technical interview so study up. it also multiple people interview you at once so it a panel interview
Horribly toxic. I signed into the zoom only to find out, without warning, they were interviewing 2 candidates at the same time in a 30 minute time limit. Shame on them. You should really let candidates know before hand.
