very straight forward and casual interview. They will ask you questions about solving a conflict. Situational questions about working with students and children. Be sure to smile and demonstrate strong communication skills!

Interview
Interview was very straightforward and last arounded 25 minutes. They mainly ask behavioural questions regarding your experience supervising kids and how you teach. None of the questions were complicated nor required technical engineering knowledge.

If a kid finished an activity early with around 15 minutes left to go, what would you do?
A normal interview, they sit you down, introduce themselves and start asking questions. The questions are pretty personal but also basic ones you may expect, like what you gained from past experiences etc.
