It is quick and easy. Come in and fill out an application. You must have some kind of serving experience, fine dining or anything upscale will help favor your application. Wine and/or whiskey knowledge is a huge plus.

How long have you been serving and where? What do you know about whiskeys? How do you handle a difficult guest?
The interview Pretty straightforward. The Managers do not really care about employees and only about having a lot people working a shift. Long hours and unrealistic expectations for scheduling and availability. Was scheduled 6 days in a row one time with 3 doubles.
