Minimal with video interview. They will literaly hire anyone because the job is horrible. You train on your cellphone and are pretty much left with the walmart employees who make more than you do to fend for yourself

Online interview. Interview is done on a computer online. It asks a few typical questions and you record your answer. I believe you have 2 tries to record your answer. It also gives you a practice rehearsal before the actual interview recording questions.
